TOWRUNER – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Towruner. Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Towruner website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Towruner Platform”). By accessing or using any part of the Towruner Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Towruner Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including those browsing the site, creating an account, or requesting or providing roadside assistance services.

1. Overview of the Towruner Platform

Towruner provides a digital platform that connects individuals needing roadside assistance with independent service providers (“Providers”). Through our mobile app and website, users can request services such as towing, jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, and more.

Towruner is not a roadside service provider or towing company. We do not directly offer, manage, or oversee the services provided by Providers. Our role is to facilitate connections between users and qualified service professionals.

All transactions and service engagements are strictly between the user and the Provider. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or safety of services rendered and are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses that arise from interactions between users and Providers.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access most features of Towruner, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information, including your name, contact information, vehicle details, and payment method.

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the authority to act on behalf of a legal entity.

  • The information you submit is complete and truthful.

  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for all activity under your account.

Towruner reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Requesting Assistance

Users may request services through the app or website. When a request is submitted, Towruner will transmit the details to nearby Providers. Providers may choose whether to accept or decline the request.

Upon acceptance, users will be notified with details about the Provider, including vehicle info and contact options.

Important Notes:

  • Providers have full discretion to accept or decline jobs.

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate details about their vehicle and situation.

  • Inaccurate or misleading information may result in service delays, additional charges, or cancellations.

4. Payments and Authorizations

Towruner facilitates payment processing on behalf of Providers. When you request a service:

  • A temporary hold or authorization may be placed on your payment method for the estimated cost.

  • Final charges may vary depending on actual conditions or additional services rendered.

  • Payment is processed only after service completion or cancellation per policy terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a request free of charge within 5 minutes after a Provider is dispatched.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • After 5 minutes but before arrival: $30 non-refundable fee.

  • Upon arrival or if you’re not present (GOA): Full quoted service amount will be charged.

  • If the service cost increases due to inaccurate details and you cancel: Full quoted fee applies.

6. Additional Fees and Adjustments

Service pricing is based on the information you provide. If conditions differ (e.g., location, accessibility, vehicle status), additional fees may apply. Providers will inform you of any changes before proceeding. You are responsible for covering all final costs.

7. Platform Use Restrictions

By using Towruner, you agree that you will not:

  • Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes.

  • Interfere with service operations or other users’ experiences.

  • Misrepresent your identity or vehicle situation.

Towruner reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

Towruner is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or outcomes of services provided by independent Providers. Any issues related to services must be addressed directly with the Provider.

Under no circumstances shall Towruner be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or interactions with Providers.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

Towruner values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how your personal data is collected, stored, and used.

10. Changes to Terms

Towruner may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the new Terms. It’s your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
